How do I access the sweepstakes?
If you’ve been logged out, find the “Login” or "Welcome" email you received when you signed up for the sweepstakes, and click the link in that email. Use the same email address you used to sign up, to sign in
How can I earn more entries?
After claiming your sweepstakes object, open it in your wallet to see all the ways you can earn entries. These may include actions like sharing on social, inviting friends, or completing a weekly game. The more actions you complete, the more entries you’ll earn—boosting your chances to win!
How do I redeem a prize once I’ve been notified?
If you’ve won a prize, you’ll receive an email letting you know that you have been selected as a winner. Click the “Claim my prize” link in the email and follow the instructions to claim your prize. The email also includes a link to the sweepstakes terms that include the details of how to redeem your prize. For some prizes, the submission of additional documentation may be required.
Why do I get an error when picking up an Entry off the map?
You may be too away from the Entry object on the map (you need to be physically located near the object). Make sure you have Location Services enabled and your location shared so we can determine if you are located near an Entry

You may have reached the limit on the number of Entries you can pickup from the map
How do I turn on Location Services?
On an iPhone using Safari, go to Settings -> Location Services, and Enable “Location Services”. Under the listed apps, find “Safari” and set it to “While Using”.
On an Android phone using Chrome, go to Settings → Location, and turn on “Use location”. Then scroll down to App permissions, find Chrome, and set the permission to “Allow only while using the app”.
Where do I find my login link?
We use secure, passwordless logins. Check the inbox of the email address you entered to sign up, or the SMS of the phone number you entered to sign up
Why didn’t I receive the login email?
Check your spam or junk folder and mark the message as “Not Junk.”
How do I find my User ID?
Click your profile picture in the top right corner, then click the 3 dots and select “User ID”. Your User ID will be displayed.
What devices can I use?
Use any modern browser on mobile, tablet, or desktop. For best results: Use Safari on iOS and Chrome on Android.
How do I add my wallet to my phone’s home screen?
iOS (Safari): Tap the Share icon → Add to Home Screen
Android (Chrome): Tap the 3-dot menu → Add to Home Screen
How do I exchange my points for a reward?
Go to the “Discover” tab in your wallet and select “Rewards”. Select the reward you wish to redeem your points for, then redeem with points. If you do not have enough points for a reward, you may need to earn more points first.
How do I earn more points?
Points may be earned through various ways of engaging, and new ways to earn them are added regularly. Just open your campaign object in your wallet to see what’s currently available—things like completing actions, exploring content, or making purchases. Check back often, as we’ll keep updating it with fresh ways to rack up points!
How can I find SMTs (SmartMedia Tokens) on the map?
Open the map from your wallet. Make sure Location Services are enabled on your device and browser. You’ll need to share your location allow access when prompted when opening the map so that we can determine if you are close enough to pickup the object
Why can't I drop off or pick up SMTs?
Ensure your device has location services enabled and your browser has permission to access your location.
Why do I get an error picking up SMTs?
You may:
- Be physically located too far away from the object to pick it up.
- Have already picked up the maximum allowed SMTs
How do I see objects in AR?
Open the map in your wallet and click “View in AR” to view any objects that are close by in AR. You will need to make sure Location Services are enabled on your device and browser, share your location when prompted when you open the viewer, and give access to device motion to open your device’s AR view
How do I scan a QR code to receive an SMT?
- Open your phone’s camera.
- Point it at the QR code
- Ensure QR scanning is enabled in your device settings.
Why is my camera not working for AR?
Go to your device’s settings and enable location sharing.
For iOS devices using Safari, you can enable that in the “Settings” app on your device, under Privacy -> Location Services, then make sure for Safari the checkmark is under “While Using the App”.
For Android, open the Chrome app. To the right of the address bar tap “More > Settings. “Tap Settings > Location”. Turn Location on
If you are still having trouble, you may have location access disabled for your browser. Reload the browser window with your wallet open and tap “Map” again. Make sure you select “allow” when it asks to share your location.
Can I scan QR codes inside my SmartMedia Wallet?
Yes! Tap the scan tab in your wallet, allow camera access, and scan the code. Move closer or further if needed.
How do I post my SMT for sale on OpenSea?
- Set up an Ether wallet (e.g., MyEtherWallet)
- Transfer your SMT from your Smart Wallet to the Ether wallet
- Create an OpenSea account (opensea.io)
- Transfer the SMT and list it for sale (fixed price or auction
Can every SMT be listed on OpenSea?
No. Only SMTs written to to the blockchain that are enabled to be transferred can be listed
Why isn’t the transfer option available for my SMT?
Some SMTs are not configured to be transferable.
